The lesson takes students through a real exam question and allows them to build their answers using the checklist and flow charts.</p> <p>The structure sheets have been designed to help students answer a fatal offences question that deals with both offences of gross negligence manslaughter and Murder, the checklist can be adapted to change the structure for non fatal offences.</p>
